Technical Project Manager:in (Mid Level, Senior)

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead our projects with technical depth and bridge the gap between vision and code, down to the last detail. Whether you come from a project management background with a passion for tech or are taking the next step as a developer, you’ll translate complex requirements into precise tickets whilst always keeping technical feasibility in mind. Become the anchor for our team and clients.
Responsibilities
- Requirements definition & drafting of technical specifications
- Precise ticket creation & backlog refinement (Linear)
- Technical advisory & feasibility assessments
- Technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Sprint excellence & deadline management
- Holistic management of complex software projects
- Direct communication with clients & stakeholders
- Budget control and cost estimation

Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Solid technical understanding
- Analytical mindset for structuring complex requirements
- Experience with agile workflows and ticket systems
- Strong communicator, empathetic, and confident in presenting to clients
- Growth mindset: Open to new things, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Fluent in German and English
Nice to have
- Understanding of complex data dependencies and the relationship between multiple endpoints
- Review of designs for technical feasibility and required interfaces
- Confident use of Postman or Bruno for testing and debugging interfaces
Experience
- At least two years’ relevant experience in managing digital projects (ideally in an agency) OR in a technical role (e.g. developer, technical lead) where you regularly took on project management-related tasks such as effort estimation, requirements engineering or direct client contact
What we offer
- Your salary will be based on your qualifications and experience. Depending on your seniority, we offer a significant increase on the minimum salary set out in the collective agreement. Legal notice: This position is covered by the IT Collective Agreement (ST1). The minimum basic salary under the collective agreement for this position is €3,954.00 gross per month (based on 14 payments per year).
