Education

• HTL diploma in the fields of electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
• IPC training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in electrical engineering and power electronics.
• Working with circuit diagrams (KiCAD, Altium).
• Handling tools (soldering iron, multimeter, oscilloscope).
• Understanding of AC charging systems and e-mobility technologies.
• Knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g., IEC, ISO, EMC).
• Basic knowledge of software testing, interfaces, and communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet, OCPP, Modbus).
• Very good English skills.
• Documentation and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel (supplier visits internationally).
• Proactivity: You are highly self-motivated and independently select your tasks instead of waiting for assignments.
• Assertiveness: You possess a confident demeanor to successfully advocate for quality standards even in the face of resistance or during intense discussions with R&D and production.
• Communication skills: You are open, direct, and communicate on an equal footing with different departments and cultures.
• Documentation and reporting skills: You have an eye for detail, recognize recurring error patterns in returns, and prepare data in a structured manner so that R&D and production can immediately derive optimizations.

Experience

• 5 years of professional experience as a Test Development Engineer or Product Engineer.
• Experience with test systems, measurement technology, and automated testing procedures.
• Experience in fault analysis and debugging.
• QM/QA experience.
