Join our Infrastructure team as an IT Working Student on the Junior SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) track in a part-time role (20 hours per week) and gain hands-on experience in building, operating, and monitoring modern cloud infrastructure.

Cloud Engineering & Automation
Help design, provision and manage our AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Contribute to serverless deployments (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
Reliability & Observability
Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and log-aggregation solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK)
Assist in defining SLOs/SLIs, crafting runbooks, and participating in incident drills.
Analyze metrics and logs to identify bottlenecks or failures and drive continuous improvement
Support & Collaboration
Provide 1st-3rd level support for cloud services and internal tools
Collaborate with the Development team on rollout of new features and patches
Document systems, processes, and runbooks to enhance team knowledge sharing
