Your responsibilities

• Requirements analysis, conception, coordination, and implementation of energy industry or software engineering requirements with IT partners.
• Drive the optimization and automation of market processes forward
• Support in the further development of market rules, processes, and formats in the liberalized energy market.
• Support and implement project, process, and quality management.

The requirements

• Training or studies in the field of marketing, media management, media design, communication design, or a comparable degree
• Initial practical experience in marketing - especially in online marketing
• Enjoyment in thinking along and ahead, being creative, and implementing new ideas.
• Conceptualization and Implementation Strength
• Self-reliant and results-oriented working style
• Sense for design, aesthetics, and trends
• Excellent expression in spoken and written language
• Good IT skills and high internet affinity
• Good English skills are desirable

• Contact person for the specialist department at the IT-system technical level for our Geoinformatics portfolio (GIS)
• Alignment of requirements with stakeholders from the business, external service providers, as well as within the immediate business unit.
• Supervision and responsibility of our GIS IT services throughout the entire lifecycle (Lifecycle Management) in the role of Service Owner, including monitoring, control, and management of applications and systems.
• Analysis and resolution of incidents in the role of 2nd-level support and close communication with vendors.
• Further development and customization of GIS applications regarding functions, usability, workflows, and interfaces
• Software development and enhancement as well as testing, creation, and maintenance of technical documentation
