They work together with the IT team to ensure the smooth technical operation of our systems and contribute significantly to the security and stability of our IT infrastructure.

• System Administration & Support: You manage our servers, networks, and cloud services, and monitor system performance to ensure high availability.
• User Management & Support: You provide competent first and second level support for our internal users. In doing so, you not only resolve simple inquiries but also assist with more complex technical issues.
• Updates & Security: You regularly perform updates and patches, implement security measures, and ensure that all systems are up to date.
• IT Asset Management: You keep track of our hardware and software, document changes, and assist with procurement and disposal in accordance with data protection and environmental standards.
• Continuous Improvement: You actively contribute ideas to optimize our IT processes and support projects for the development of infrastructure and automation.
• Microsoft Enterprise Environment: You administer and work with solutions such as Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics CRM, Power Automate, Power Apps, as well as Active Directory/Azure AD/Entra ID, ensuring the seamless integration of these services into our business processes.
• Atlassian Products: You manage and configure Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management, optimize workflows, and support the business units in utilizing these tools.
