Technical Project Manager:in (Mid Level, Senior)
Do you love complex structures and speak fluent "Dev"? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead our projects with technical depth and bridge the gap between vision and code down to the last detail.
You will be the key interface when it comes to translating complex requirements into precise tickets and keeping an eye on technical feasibility at all times. Become the anchor for our crew and customers!
Responsibilities
- Holistic management of complex software projects
- Direct communication with clients & stakeholders
- Sprint excellence & deadline management
- Budget control and effort estimation
- Tech advisory & feasibility decisions
- Requirements definition & creation of technical specifications
- Precise ticket creation & backlog refinement (Jira/Linear)
- Technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle

Qualifications
- Solid technical understanding

- Experience with agile workflows and ticket systems

- Fluent in German and English
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant agency experience in handling digital projects (Mobile, Web)
What we offer
- Your salary will be based on your qualifications and experience. Depending on your seniority, we offer a significant increase on the minimum salary set out in the collective agreement. Legal notice: This position is covered by the IT Collective Agreement (ST1). The minimum basic salary under the collective agreement for this position at junior level is €3,267.00 gross per month (based on 14 payments per year).
