• You enjoy developing solutions to a customer’s problems
• You easily put yourself in the user’s shoes in order to be able to understand the requirements of the digital product
• You have a quick grasp of things and can organize yourself well
• You feel at home in the online world and have knowledge of websites and applications
• You appear confident in front of groups and have a professional, convincing presentation style
• You see the many customers and projects and the everyday life of a digital agency as a challenge that you are happy to accept
• You remain calm and keep a cool head even in critical situations
• You have good German and English skills

Experience
