IT System Administrator (m/f/d) full-time

Location: Carinthia/Klagenfurt

Your responsibilities

• Processing customer requests (1st level support)
• Technical support for installed hardware/software/network
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, quality improvement
• Execution of rollouts and installation of clients (Lifecycle Management)
• Support Lotus Domino / CRM
• Asset management, printing cost billing, etc.
• User Management AD, Application Support, etc.
• Participation in IT projects

Your qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., HAK with a focus on IT or HTL)
• Knowledge of Microsoft server systems, SharePoint, HyperV
• Operating system and database know-how as well as SQL
• iSeries knowledge or SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• All-rounder in handling mobile devices and IT workplaces, network
• Communication and teamwork skills as well as a sense of responsibility
• Service orientation and accuracy in task execution
• Flexibility and Commitment
• Self-organization
