Our expectations of you

Education

• Relevant degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, analytical, or similar field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Accuracy: Careful and precise work - especially in preparing and validating datasets, checking data quality, or maintaining dashboards.
• Sense of responsibility: You independently undertake tasks such as analyses, support with dashboard automation, research, model testing, or documentation - and complete them reliably.
• Strong communication skills: Clear, respectful, and goal-oriented communication — both written and verbal — especially when creating presentations, visualizations, or presenting analytical results in an understandable manner for stakeholders.
• Excellent MS Office skills: You are proficient with Excel and can create presentation-ready documents for management.
• SQL skills: advantageous for working with datasets from various sources and supporting analytical tasks.
• Team spirit: Constructive collaboration and mutual support within the team.
• Willingness to learn: Openness to new analytical methods, tools, AI-related topics, and continuous development.
• Language skills: Very good English is a must; German or a CEE language is a plus.

Experience

• Dashboard competence: Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards, ideally with Microsoft Power BI - including clear and understandable structuring of visual insights.
