IT team leader

As a team leader for Finance, Accounting & Controlling, you will take responsibility within IT for a highly qualified in-house consulting team currently consisting of six colleagues, complemented by international nearshoring resources.

Together with your team, you will shape the further development of our global SAP system landscape as well as adjacent solutions with a focus on Finance and Controlling.

You act as a strategic interface between IT and the business units, ensuring the sustainable implementation of projects and jointly steering the transformation into a modern, service- and product-oriented IT organization with the department management:

• Leadership, development, and coaching of the IT consulting team Finance & Accounting - both professionally and disciplinarily.
• Control and prioritization of projects and requirements, including resource and budget planning.
• Ensuring a professional collaboration with departments such as FI, CO, and RW, as well as with external partners and nearshoring teams.
• Sparring partner for IT management and department leadership - in process optimization, system development, and harmonized rollouts.
• Active role in the internal IT change process and in the further development of team and leadership structures.
• Looking to the future: Opportunity to take over the expanded Department Head of Finance & Accounting IT with corresponding overall responsibility.
