Senior Full stack Engineer

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer who is excited about building in an AI native, agentic world.

This is not a traditional frontend or backend role! It's for engineers who:

• use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.) as a force multiplier,
• think in terms of systems, workflows, and agents, not just endpoints and screens,
• can turn ambiguous product problems into working, production-ready solutions,
• want to help evolve our platform toward an agent-driven future in healthcare.

You'll work closely with Product, Design, and other engineers to re-imagine how our systems are built, extended, and operated as AI becomes a first class part of the development process.

Build AI Native Systems

• Design, implement, and operate backend and fullstack systems that incorporate LLMs, tools, and agents as core components;
• Build agentic workflows (multi-step, tool-using, stateful systems) that solve real product and operational problems;
• Integrate LLMs safely and reliably into production systems, with attention to observability, cost, and failure modes.

Engineer with AI as a Partner

• Use modern AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Pi, Cursor) to accelerate development, refactoring, and exploration.
• Set patterns and standards for how AI is used in day-to-day engineering work.
• Help the team move faster without sacrificing quality or clarity.

Product Driven Engineering

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Design, and other stakeholders to shape solutions, not just implement specs;
• Translate high level goals into technical architecture and execution plans;
• Contribute to roadmap discussions with a strong systems and platform perspective.

Own the System End to End

• Design APIs, services, and data models (primarily backend leaning);
• Ensure reliability, security, privacy, and scalability in a regulated healthcare context.
• Operate and observe the system's behaviour in the real world;
• Improve developer experience and internal tooling where it unlocks leverage.
