Senior UX/UI Designer

• Introducing new ideas and best practices into the project team and using the latest methods to analyze and evaluate UX concepts
• Translating strategies, insights and data into well-thought-out user journeys, flows, wireframes and interface designs
• Presenting your work to clients and stakeholders, collecting feedback and justifying your informed design decisions
• Work closely with UX/UI designers and take responsibility for the quality of the final delivery and ensure the optimal balance of customer requirements and resources
• Participation in discovery sessions and use of generative methods to identify challenges and opportunities and develop user-oriented concepts, prototypes and designs
• Assume responsibility for expanding the UX/UI area and support in acquiring new customers. Active knowledge transfer to the team and participation in building the team
