Requirements Engineer - IT Focus

Do you understand the language of the specialist departments as well as that of IT, and do you want to serve as a link to accurately translate requirements and turn them into successful solutions?

We are looking for a dedicated individual for the following responsibilities who not only masters Requirements Engineering but also lives it — and additionally has an affinity for IT project management:

• Requirements Engineering: You work closely with experts from our specialist departments, jointly gather requirements, support the selection of suitable solutions, and ensure that both technical and organizational framework conditions are met.
• Workshop Design & Moderation: As part of your supervised responsibilities, you will facilitate team meetings and workshops on specific topics that arise within the scope of collaboration with the specialist departments.
• Strategy & Development: Through your contribution, you actively shape our IT landscape and continuously develop our applications as well as our processes.
• Stakeholder Management: You act as an information and communication hub, preparing relevant content as a basis for decision-making for the involved stakeholders.
• Project Management: Occasionally, you support the project management team and oversee IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle - from initial requirements to go-live and successful acceptance.
