Qualifications

• You have already successfully implemented complex software solutions across the entire development cycle and are proficient in Java as well as common frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, REST, and gRPC.
• You critically question requirements, develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions, and actively incorporate new technologies and developments—especially in the field of AI—into your work.
• Clean code, modern development standards, and a high quality standard are a matter of course for you.
• You rely on automated tests with tools like JUnit, meaningful code reviews, stable Quality Gates, and CI/CD processes.
• Topics such as static code analysis with SonarQube, security checks like OWASP scans, as well as maintainable and testable software architecture are integral parts of professional software development for you.
• Scalability, maintainability, and sustainable solutions are your focus.
• You take responsibility, actively share your knowledge with colleagues, and support your team with technical challenges.
• With your open communication and agile mindset, you promote successful collaboration with developers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Furthermore, you have good German and English skills.
• You work in a structured, proactive, and independent manner, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your topics.

Experience

• You think about software holistically and have experience in designing and further developing modern software architectures.
• You have several years of experience in Java development.
