Our expectations of you

Education

• You have a degree from a relevant (specialized) university or college program, as well as proof of expertise in project and process management, or a diploma or an equivalent qualification, and at least four years of relevant professional experience, along with proof of expertise in project and process management.
• You have successfully completed the service training or the positive completion of the service training for ICT organization within the prescribed deadline.

Qualifications

• You possess extensive knowledge in the implementation of ICT projects and ICT programs, as well as in portfolio management.
• You possess excellent knowledge in managing ICT projects (both traditional and especially agile) as well as in steering ICT project portfolios and roadmap planning.
• You possess in-depth knowledge of process management as well as modern organizational methods and tools.
• You have very good knowledge in the field of project controlling and quality assurance.
• You have good knowledge of project effort estimation methods, data models, as well as solution and interface architectures.
• You demonstrate excellent spoken and written German skills as well as good English skills.
• You are ready to provide additional services and occasional on-call duties outside the flexitime framework (night hours, weekends, or public holidays).
