Operations Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for the stable operation, further development, and lifecycle management of our applications – with a clear focus on reliability, security, performance, and customer satisfaction. You combine modern application operations with technical depth and a service mindset.

Operations and Lifecycle Management

• Ensuring smooth application operation (monitoring, performance, availability, security) including version, patch, and release management.
• Configuration & Permissions, Environment Management, and Technical Settings

Support, Quality, and Problem Prevention

• 2nd‑Level‑Support: technical analyses, reproduction of errors, log analysis, and root cause analyses
• Incident/Problem/Change Management (coordinated, documented, proactive) as well as maintenance of operationally relevant documents

Interfaces & Collaboration

• Close collaboration with clients, departments, project teams, and external partners
• Translation of technical and professional requirements into operationally meaningful solutions and ensuring the operational readiness of new/modified features.

Improvement & Automation

• Identification and implementation of continuous improvements (e.g., monitoring dashboards, automation of routine tasks, hardening of operational processes)
• Contribution to SLAs as well as further development of the existing operational documentation
