1. Ensuring an agreed stream scope for IT product lines and the quality of a stream Coordination, control and tracking of the completion of software implementations
2. Planning and controlling streams, coordinating the creation of stream plans
3. Determination, establishment and further development of stream management standards as well as principles and procedures
4. Tracking the progress of implementation work, compliance with the stream scope and in the stream milestones
5. Creation, communication and documentation of release notes of the stream
6. Controlling dependency management between projects/IT products
7. Planning, organization and technical implementation of the deployment of software deliveries to the test and production environment
8. Creation of requirements to concept development for packaging and deployment process
9. Analysis and processing of disruptions that occur during deployments
