Quality Assurance Specialist

In your role as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you are the central point for manufacturing in the field of quality assurance and, together with the management, responsible for quality in the "Assembly" segment.

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and addressing quality deviations (internal, supplier, and customer complaints) and ensuring product and process quality within your area of influence through your extensive methodological expertise.

Specifically, you are familiar with the following activities:

• First point of contact for quality issues in manufacturing and the QA staff on the shop floor.
• Coordination of all quality-related topics in the manufacturing area, as well as close collaboration with various interfaces (Purchasing, Development, Manufacturing, Quality Management)
• Responsibility for managing, documenting, and escalating Non-Conformance Cases, including root cause analysis, corrective actions tracking, and sustainability checks.
• Development and further advancement of quality standards as well as participation in shop floor meetings.
• Coordination and execution of product and process audits
