Product Development In our team, we work hand in hand on the design, architecture, and implementation of features and modules that continuously advance our technology. Each team member brings their specialized expertise in areas such as frontend, backend, or UI/UX and also supports other disciplines when needed. This flexible collaboration fosters innovative solutions and ensures that our technology remains at the highest level. Research Projects With our technology, we tackle previously unsolved challenges and open up new opportunities for the networking of businesses. Due to the high level of innovation and the uniqueness of our technology, we are highly active in research. Our research projects are supported by organizations such as FFG and the State of Upper Austria. For product development, we rely on an agile approach that combines Scrum and Kanban. The software architecture serves as the foundation of our work and is continuously developed. In regular workshops, we discuss concepts together, adapt them to current requirements, and ensure that all team members are on the same page. With Scrum, we structure our development work into sprints, which typically last two weeks. At the beginning of each sprint, we define in a Sprint Planning session which tasks should be prioritized and completed within the given timeframe. During the sprint, we monitor progress through daily/weekly Stand-up Meetings and address any obstacles that may arise. In parallel, we use Kanban to manage the continuous flow of smaller tasks. Using a Kanban board, we visualize the status of all tasks and can immediately spot bottlenecks or delays. This combination allows us to respond flexibly to new requirements without losing focus. Overall, the combination of Scrum and Kanban gives us the agility needed to efficiently and systematically handle both long-term projects and short-term tasks.
