In this job, you will develop RESTful and GraphQL web services using JavaScript or TypeScript, support the team with technical questions, and utilize technologies like Docker, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD for efficient system processes.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support inquiries, analyzing and resolving issues in 1st Level and supporting 2nd Level. You will install web services and continuously update internal documentation.
