Qualifications

• You examine problems and solution approaches from different perspectives, develop smart and effective architectures, transformation strategies and business plans and are interested in holistic solution approaches and innovative use of technologies.
• You can convince customers of innovative digital strategies and demonstrate the added value of Avanade.
• You have experience in various team constellations in an international environment and enjoy taking on leadership responsibility.
• As a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, we have the optimal overview of Microsoft products and services. Ideally, you also have experience in the Microsoft environment.
• Thanks to your communicative and empathetic nature, you have no difficulty getting involved in finding solutions for customers. You like to take on responsibility, work purposefully alone or in a team and take on responsibility accordingly in order to be able to offer our customers the best possible solution.
• You can also advise our customers internationally in German and English and are prepared to support them personally at various locations in Germany and Europe.

Experience

• You are familiar with IT, be it through a completed master's degree in the IT sector or a comparable training with at least 5-7 years of professional experience and work in management positions. You have a sound understanding of IT architecture, preferably with Togaf certification or similar qualifications. You have fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the areas of cloud, data and service architectures.
• Enterprise Architecture:  Starting from a well-founded requirements analysis through to strategic planning and implementation as well as the development and planning of architectures that meet modern requirements for architecture, governance, standards and a sustainable technology concept. You have strong communication skills with the ability to present complicated issues in a simple and understandable way. You enjoy leading interdisciplinary teams, and your problem-solving skills, which enable you to solve challenges efficiently and effectively, result in a strong understanding of customer needs and the development of optimized architectures.
• OCM Topics :  You support enterprise architecture approaches through effective change management strategies in the areas of needs and strategy, stakeholder analysis and engagement, and risk and resistance management. You have the ability to present complicated issues in a simple and understandable way, can effectively manage interdisciplinary teams and solve challenges in everyday project life efficiently and effectively. Your strong understanding of a company's needs and your ability to propose appropriate solutions enable you to develop an optimal solution for our customers.
• CIO Advisory : You support our customers’ management in the development and planning of strategies and their implementation. You will address topics such as increasing costs and efficiency, risk management, governance and organizational structures, technology selection and implementation, as well as monitoring and communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Program and Project Coaching :  You coach project and business teams and support them in achieving their goals through efficient quality management, consistent needs analysis in line with sustainable strategies, managing risks, monitoring progress and implementing communicative and targeted communication within of teams, groups and areas.
