Senior Defect Manager

1. Control of the defect processto clarify and prioritize the defects including clarifying responsibilities and forwarding them to the responsible colleagues
2. Tracking the progress and integration of fixed defects in collaboration with release management
3. Tracking integrations in releases and test verifications in collaboration with QA / Testing including automated tests
4. Quality assurance and evaluation of defects
5. Initiation & monitoring of escalation processes for corresponding defects
6. Maintaining the defect database and creation of weekly status reports
7. Participation in customer meetings and creation of defect reports
8. Further development of processes & tools with regard to defect avoidance & time optimization
9. Compliance with the necessary measures for timely fixing and re-testing
10. Conceptual structure and ongoing operation of a defect board
