Education

• You have completed a degree or an equivalent qualification in the business/economics field (Matura, University of Applied Sciences, etc.).

Qualifications

• You bring a willingness to learn and an interest in professional debt-collection topics.

• You are a role model for independent work, and as a motivating team player, you drive projects forward together with colleagues and clients.
• You have solid expertise in process management to analyze, document, and drive targeted improvements to existing processes.
• You demonstrate perseverance, patience, and organizational talent to successfully overhaul long-standing structures.
• You have a good understanding of business analysis and proactively collaborate with business stakeholders to define the vision and the product team's roadmap, including the creation of functional requirements and user stories.

Experience

• You have at least 2 years of experience in successfully leading and managing projects.
• You have extensive experience in agile and hybrid project work (e.g., SAFe, PRINCE2, Scrum certification is advantageous).
• You have a basic understanding of insurance technology, ideally first professional experience in the industry, as well as general experience in the Finance & Insurance sector.
