• Installation and maintenance of IT systems: You will learn how to set up, configure, and keep computers, servers, etc. running.

• Fix errors like a pro: You will learn the tasks in an IT helpdesk that serves as the "first point of contact", providing customers with quick and competent assistance for IT issues.
