Change Manager SAP S/4 HANA Transformation

As part of our group-wide SAP S/4HANA transformation, we are not only changing systems but also the way we work, think, and collaborate.

For this transformation, we are looking for you: an empathetic, strategically thinking Change Manager who effectively shapes change, engages people, and fosters sustainable willingness to change.

Your mission: Enable change and embed it effectively.

• Design change processes: You plan, manage, and implement change measures within the scope of our S/4HANA project – targeted and effective.
• Recognize and Facilitate Change: You participate in project and departmental workshops, identify organizational impacts, and develop appropriate change strategies.
• Engage Stakeholders: You conduct stakeholder analyses, design communication strategies for different target groups, and enhance acceptance at all levels.
• Develop communication: You design target group-specific measures – from newsletters and presentations to intranet content and information events.
• Supporting project work: You work closely with project management and ensure that change aspects are an integral part of project planning.
• Measuring impact: You monitor progress, analyze the effectiveness of your measures, and derive concrete recommendations from them.
