Education
- Successfully completed education at Matura level (HTL) or higher (University, FH), preferably in the IT field or in project management
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Preferably understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies
- Preferably a technical knowledge in software development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts
Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry, but not a must
- Technical understanding and ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and describe them in stories
