Education

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, business informatics or a related field

Qualifications

• Successful leadership of diverse teams across different locations, with the ability to establish an inspiring leadership model
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with our international teams and customers
• Strong leadership personality with the ability to motivate and develop employees
• Technical competence with modern development tools and management systems such as Jira, Confluence and ERP systems (e.g. Navision)
• Deep understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and product quality
• Certifications in agile project management such as Certified SAFe® Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar qualifications
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking and the ability to keep an overview even in challenging situations
• Strong communication skills and a motivating leadership style that inspires and drives the team

Experience

• Extensive experience in managing large development departments, preferably in an agile environment using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Experience in transforming and scaling development processes in a growing, technological environment
• Experience with modern development tools and methodologies
• Proven experience in software development and project management
