Qualifications

• Python:  Knowledge of Python
• Power BI:  Knowledge of Power BI
• SQL:  Knowledge of SQL (primarily data analysis)
• Cloud data platforms:  Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms
• Data Governance:  Design & implementation of data governance strategies

Experience

• Analysis:  Several years of experience in the analysis of extensive, complex IT systems and a profound understanding of technical and professional processes and relationships
• Data landscape:  Experience working in a very complex data landscape
• Data analysis:  Evaluation and analysis of data (evaluation, interpretation and deep understanding of business logic)
• Software requirements:  Excellent knowledge of tools for visualizing and documenting software requirements (Jira/Confluence, Office products)
• Communication:  Ability to present, visualise and communicate complex technical relationships in a simple way
• Soft skills:  Excellent analytical skills as well as moderation and presentation skills and strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Social skills:  Strong social skills, especially in dealing with stakeholders (management, departments, technical staff)
• Agile processes:  Knowledge and practical experience in agile software development processes and in working in agile software implementation teams, as well as working in cross-functional teams
• Quality awareness:  High quality awareness
• Freight transport / logistics:  Professional experience in freight transport / logistics
• Informatica Data Catalog:  Experience with the Informatica Data Catalog (EDC & Axon)
