Lead System Enterprise Architect Software

As a Lead System & Enterprise Architect (f/m/d), you are responsible for the quality of our software architecture in the area of IODP (Integrated and Open Development Platform). You will lead modernization initiatives, develop enterprise architecture principles and ensure modular information architecture. You will work closely with other architects and use your knowledge of the IT landscape, the cloud and distributed systems to bridge business, information and technology aspects. In your role, you will make a significant contribution to the operational excellence of our entire software portfolio.

1. Lead the continued development of our software portfolio with a focus on business readiness and operational excellence
2. Lead and lead the modularization and modernization initiatives of individual applications
3. Developing the portfolio architecture together with our technical leads and architects during the phases of our scaled agile development approach
4. Function as a sparring partner for application, solution and system architects, coaching and development of architectural skills within the architecture chapter
5. Management, coordination and contribution to the AVL Architecture Chapter/Guild
6. Driving architectural initiatives around digital transformation
7. Implementation of the 6 ISAQB core tasks by architects at the system level (higher abstraction) together with application, solution and system architects in the various domains
8. Driving the transformation of our systems towards DevOps and SaaS
9. Implement and support architecture reviews using the Architecture Trade Off Analysis Method
10. Implement and lead technology scouting, manage the technology roadmap and assess technology risks
