As a new team member, you can play a key role in shaping this and work on varied projects in the areas of business intelligence.

You will work with modern Microsoft solutions such as Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse and Power BI.

Data Engineering

• Integration and transformation: Extracting, transforming and consolidating relevant data from different sources. (Data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data flows, etc.)
• Data modeling: Development of scalable data models for analytical processing
• Architecture design: Planning and implementing modern data architectures and BI solutions (data warehouse, data lake, data lakehouse)
• Implementing Deployment Pipelines (CI/CD)

Consulting

• Conducting requirements workshops and outlining possible solutions
• Technical support: Advising project teams on technical issues
• Conducting (user) training (e.g. MS Fabric-in-a-day)
• Innovation and participation: Active development of the data analytics department and introduction of new technologies
• Advice on the selection and implementation of a suitable infrastructure

end-to-end solutions

• Agile collaboration: Working in agile, interdisciplinary teams to implement projects
• Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions from raw data sources to the finished PowerBI report (e.g. with MS Fabric)
• Data preparation: Ensuring data quality and preparing analyses and reports
