Our expectations of you

Education

• Completed studies or completed vocational training in the IT sector (HTL), preferably with a focus on data engineering, computer science, IT or software engineering

Qualifications

• We require elementary or advanced knowledge in these areas:
• Software engineering (e.g.: Python, Scala, Java)
• Version Control System (e.g.: Git)
• Data manipulation (e.g.: SQL, R, Spark)
• On-premise & Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Integration (e.g.: Talend, Microsoft Datafactory/SSIS, Azure Synapse, Telegraf)
• On-premise & cloud SQL databases (e.g.: MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres)
• The following knowledge in one or more of these areas is desirable:
• Continuous Integration & Delivery (e.g.: Unit Testing, Jenkins, Release Management)
• Cloud architectures (e.g.: AWS, Azure, GCP - certifications desired)
• On-premise & Cloud Big Data /In-Memory databases (e.g.: Snowflake, Cloudera)
• On-premise & Cloud NoSQL databases (e.g.: MongoDB, InfluxDB)
• Web APIs (e.g.: Rest, Soap)
• Project-related mobility, strong communication skills in German and English and a high level of customer orientation
