Our expectations of you

Education

• As part of your training, you have learned project management methods and process craftsmanship (including standards such as IPMA, Prince2, and agile standards like Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and ideally have already applied them in practice from your previous roles.
• Completed technical or business studies or a comparable qualification and at least initial professional experience in project management from the PMO role.

Qualifications

• You are a team player, unafraid to approach people, and pursue your tasks proactively and conscientiously, with a healthy dose of common sense and a hands-on mentality.
• You recognize challenges, risks, and obstacles as opportunities for personal development, as well as for the development of the project culture, in order to continuously work on optimizations within the organization and, most importantly, in your projects.
• IPMA Certification (Level D) and additional certifications in Agile Methodology are advantageous.
• Very good German and English skills.
• Communicative and solution-oriented personality with a high customer focus and confident demeanor.
• Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility, structured working style, and a hands-on mentality.
