HR Specialist Focus Reporting/Data/Analytics

Data Collection & Integration

• gather HR data from various sources including HRIS, Reportings from CEE entities, payroll systems, surveys, exit interviews, and external benchmarks
• ensure data accuracy and completeness through regular audits and validations

Reporting & Visualization

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor workforce trends, KPIs, and compliance metrics.
• prepare statutory disclosures and coordinate monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual reporting cycles

Analytics & Insights

• apply statistical techniques to identify patterns and trends in workforce data
• develop predictive models to support workforce planning, retention strategies, and performance management

(Stakeholder) Collaboration

• Act as a liaison of HR to Finance, and external agencies for data submissions and regulatory reporting.
• present findings and recommendations to HR leadership, management board and business units
• Gain exposure to multiple stages of the HR life cycle and develop a broad skill set through cross-functional collaboration and occasionally providing coverage during team absences.

System & Process Optimization

• support the implementation and enhancement of Erste Group's HR analytics tools and platforms in EAM
• Train HR colleagues on data literacy and reporting best practices.
