IT Application Specialist

The availability of IT systems is crucial for successful business operations and the competitiveness of a company. As an application monitoring specialist, you are responsible for the continuous monitoring and analysis of our applications and IT infrastructure.

In this position, you will work closely with our experienced specialists to develop first-class solutions so that we remain "one step ahead" in the IT environment.

Your tasks include:

1. The support and configuration of our monitoring platforms (Dynatrace, Wotan, etc.)
2. Advising our customers, analyzing requirements, developing solution concepts as well as coordination and technical implementation
3. Continuous monitoring of our IT systems, infrastructure and applications to detect performance issues or security threats at an early stage
4. Ensuring high data quality in the applications for which we are responsible
5. Collaboration in 3rd level support as well as the ongoing collection of new requirements and coordination with external partners round off your area of responsibility
