Qualifications

• You have a deep understanding of agile values, principles and practices and the ability to apply them in different contexts and situations.
• You have in-depth knowledge of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and scaled environments such as Flight Levels.
• You can work successfully with people at department head and C-level.
• Your communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams are outstanding.
• You are characterized by flexibility and adaptability in a constantly changing environment.
• Your team orientation and positive attitude are crucial for us.

Experience

• You have at least three years of experience as an Agile Coach at corporate and/or value stream level and at least five years of experience at team level.
• Your experience in supporting large transformation processes is an advantage.
