Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, your main task is to transform data into insights that serve as a basis for business decisions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement of the Data Analytics function.

You use SQL, Python, and Tableau to develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, automate core reporting processes, and conduct in-depth analyses that support our sales, finance, and product strategies.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Development of advanced SQL queries for data analysis from AWS Redshift, financial systems, and other sources.
• Design and maintenance of Tableau dashboards that provide clear visual insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Use of Python for data preparation, automation, and, if necessary, for deeper statistical analyses.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Close collaboration with sales, finance, technology, and product teams to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Presentation of insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration with other teams to resolve data quality issues and optimize data pipelines.

Data Integrity & Process Optimization

• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various reporting platforms, investigating discrepancies, and proposing solutions.
• Maintenance of the documentation of analysis processes, methods, and dashboards for future use.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Exchange with international analytics teams on best practices, emerging technologies, and new analytics tools.
• Identification of opportunities for automating workflows, exploring new data sources, and deploying advanced analytics techniques to enhance overall efficiency.
• Support of the Data Management team in daily operations as well as in larger strategic initiatives.
