Qualifications

• You are responsible for the strategic development and scaling of the company-wide AIO strategy, bringing in LLM-/GEO-insights, seamlessly integrating them into the overarching SEO/Visibility architecture, establishing data-driven monitoring, and ensuring that new model developments and trends are incorporated early into priorities and projects.
• You bring together internal stakeholders, create alignment, lead and coordinate relevant projects, set clear priorities, and ensure commitment and execution power through communicative project and change management.
• You have a fundamental understanding of how LLMs work and are passionate about continuously deepening and expanding this knowledge within the GEO context.
• Conducting stakeholder workshops, alignment meetings, and communication formats to ensure shared goal pursuit.
• Development, rollout, and scaling of training programs, playbooks, and enablement materials to enhance implementation competence in operational teams.
• Regular review cycles of the strategy based on performance insights and trend scouting, as well as adjustment of priorities.

Experience

• As an SEO expert developing into a GEO expert, you drive the transformation from traditional visibility to location- and context-sensitive relevance, ideally bring initial project experience with you, and have the drive to understand this further development deeply and implement it operationally.
• You have extensive SEO experience (4+ years, preferably with eCommerce proximity and related project experience).
