UX/UI Designer

As a UI/UX designer at LiSEC, you will be responsible for the design and continuous improvement of the user experience and user interfaces of our software solutions and the further development of our design system. As a "creative head" you work out different approaches and discuss them together with the product and development teams:

1. Actively participate in shaping and improving the user experience with a clear view of business goals and customer needs. You contribute to the strategic planning of UI/UX initiatives that drive the company forward.
2. Introducing new ideas and concepts in UI/UX design to keep LiSEC's software products at the forefront of the industry. Proactive search for new technologies and trends in the design field. You will contribute to the creation of a consistent design system and ensure that existing design guidelines are adhered to.
3. Developing design solutions based on a deep understanding of our customers' needs and challenges. Conduct user research and translate findings into user-centered designs.
4. Work closely with product and development teams as well as other designers. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture where ideas and feedback are openly exchanged.
5. Independent planning and implementation of design projects
