Our expectations of you

Education

• Successful completion of an apprenticeship with a focus on computer science (HTL / FH / university) or an equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of software development and databases (relational databases, database queries, overview/functionality of programming languages) required.
• Methodological competence in project management, process management, and product/process optimization is required.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Moderate willingness to travel.
• Technical affinity and understanding of technical contexts in the automotive environment.
• Systematic working style, high organizational talent, as well as strong communication and team skills.
• Knowledge of product data (partial master data, bill of materials, feature codes), the product development process, and various bill of materials methods in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge in change management, order processing, and logistics/material management processes for the further processing of the vehicle order list.

Experience

• Industry experience in discrete serial single-piece manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry, and process knowledge in product documentation.
• User experience with BOM, CAD, and ERP systems as well as basic knowledge of Boolean logic and validity determination using Boolean code conditions.
