1st Level 2nd Level IT Support Engineer

In this position, as a member of our team, you will report directly to the team leader of IT operations and will be responsible for independently processing tasks, the service desk and projects.

1. Personal and remote support in 1st and 2nd level support
2. Support of the front-end IT infrastructure both in the office and in the production environment with a focus on client hardware and software, printers, telephones and smartphones
3. Contact person for classic support inquiries via telephone and ticket system
4. Taking responsibility for tickets and tasks as part of incident and problem management
5. Setting up workstations
6. Management of email accounts, assets and access rights
7. Updating the system documentation and the CMDB
8. Independent analysis and elimination of incidents as well as their documentation
