2. Plan and estimate new issues & features together with your team colleagues for adequate planning of development sprints and new releases.
3. Improve usability and create great user experiences.
4. Solve complex and sometimes crazy challenges in the backend.
5. Be a team player, work closely with the team and get things done together.
6. Report development progress and issues, and identify required remedial actions.
7. Become an active member of and interact with our open source community.
