Department II/11 makes a significant contribution to stable and sustainable public finances through the professional management of IT and organization of the household and accounting system. We are looking for new team members for the Budget Management application who are committed, willing to develop further, and possess team spirit.

In the Budget Management application, the IT systems for the areas of planning and budgeting process, budget management, budget controlling, reporting, federal financial statement, funding report, master data, as well as cost and performance accounting of the federal government are managed.

You work in a dedicated team at the interface between the business unit and IT.

As an IT Manager Regular, you receive requirements from the business units, translate them into technical specifications, and participate in their implementation within IT projects.

In addition to ongoing developments of IT systems, we are also facing innovative and exciting challenges and are looking for reinforcement.

The challenging activity includes the following areas of responsibility:

• Independent IT project & operations management within the scope of technical and organizational areas of the application budget management.
• Independent change management including the creation of IT requirements
• Solution or support for problem cases in IT applications (Support Management, Incident Management)
• Monitoring of the entire organizational and technical process as well as participation in the improvement of organizational workflows and the technical development of IT procedures (innovation management)
