We are looking for a talented Network Engineer who has several years of experience in configuring switches, access points, and firewall systems.

The foundation for this is a solid IT basic education through an apprenticeship, a secondary technical school, or a higher technical college.

If you bring the technical foundation, feel comfortable working with clients, are communicative and reliable, and are ready for or interested in continuously developing your knowledge, then you are the right fit for our NOC - Network Operations Center team.

Together with your colleagues, you remotely manage the LAN and WAN components of our national and international clients, ensuring a high-performance and smooth operation. (98% remote for the client)

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Lifecycle Management
• Operationally relevant configuration adjustments
• Troubleshooting and custom configuration extensions
• Network technical follow-up and support for our customers
• Maintenance of the ticket and monitoring system, as well as operational documentation.
