Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• You have a good understanding of marketing and sales (especially in B2B) and can incorporate this knowledge into projects.
• You are digitally savvy and know the latest trends and tools in digital marketing (SEO, SEA, analytics).
• Certification such as PRINCE2 or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• You have a talent for working with different teams and stakeholders and can coordinate them effectively.
• You have very good knowledge of German and English.
• The TOWA skillset includes the following competencies - if you have some of them - then perfect: ability to work in a team, ability to communicate with colleagues, team leads and customers, strong cooperation skills, creativity, the ability to act in a results-oriented manner, drive, the ability to provide good advice to our customers and ourselves internally, organizational skills, self-management and an eye for detail while at the same time being able to let things slide.

Experience

• You have at least 5 years of extensive experience in project management and can look back on successfully managing several large DXP projects.
• You already have experience in a service company, such as an agency, and have implemented projects on behalf of customers.
• You have experience working with standard software such as Pimcore, AEM, Sitecore or similar and have an understanding of different implementations of software solutions and IT architectures.
