Our expectations of you

Education

• Completed technical training in the field of computer science, business informatics, technical university or a related field

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial services, public sector and industry is an advantage
• Familiarity with integration architecture, software architecture and software development
• Comprehensive IT background knowledge regarding application architectures or IT infrastructure
• Understanding of implementation project planning, including project phases and effort estimation models
• In addition, a strong understanding of the business context and a thorough knowledge of the application environment as well as basic knowledge of integration and cloud architecture
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills to justify architectural decisions that meet business needs while respecting IT environment constraints
• Apply TOGAF and SAFe principles in designing solution architectures that span all architectural domains (Business, Data, Application, Integration, Technology and Security) according to TOGAF
• Active participation in the development of the architectural community and as a proponent of good architectural practices. Assist in onboarding new architects and maintain relationships with relevant delivery teams and centers of excellence to ensure implemented solutions conform to approved designs
• Deep understanding of managed services drivers, products, tools and processes to develop solutions that deliver managed services to customers
• Integration of current technology trends and the development of tailor-made offers for customers
• Ongoing involvement in creating end-to-end solution architecture and IT roadmaps for customers
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability and commitment
• Very good knowledge of German and English

Experience

• At least 10 years of experience as an enterprise architect in large IT transformation projects or strategic planning initiatives
• Mandatory experience in leading and obtaining offers in pre-sales (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Hands-on experience in developing end-to-end solution architecture and IT roadmaps for customers
