Senior IT Business Analyst

(Senior) IT Business Analyst for the production of rail passenger transport

1. Collect, model and document internal customer requirements and conceptualize appropriate solutions.
2. moderate workshops with the specialist departments and use alternative methods of requirements gathering.
3. As part of the digitalization process, we support departments in analyzing and optimizing their processes.
4. You will be responsible for the provision and further development of the IT services for which you are responsible.
5. You also manage internal and external service providers and ensure timely implementation.
6. Advise the internal departments on matters relating to the further development of our IT landscape and coordinate budget planning with them.
7. As a competent person in your domain, you observe current technology trends and continuously analyze the relevant market environment.
