Your responsibilities

• You support our B2B clients with the integration, customization, and implementation of our insurance product consulting solutions.
• You analyze technical and functional requirements and create specifications and stories for the implementation of our solutions.
• You oversee the implementations, review and validate results according to the requirements, and support the rollout process including test & release management.
• You contribute your professional and technical knowledge to the team and develop concepts and solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Optional: You implement selected customer-specific requirements and create initial configurations using no-/low-code tools.

What you bring to the table

• Technical understanding of insurance products and consulting, ideally with several years of experience in the insurance environment.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• You have a good sense for technical and professional contexts and present them clearly and in a structured manner.
• You are a technology-savvy implementer and look forward to shaping the future of financial consulting with us.

• The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is at least €3,843 gross per month (14 times annually). Overtime pay is explicitly provided for depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive an annual performance-based bonus.
